No response to late and damaged order

Great tasting pickles which we knew from a previous purchase at a Goergia fair but unfortunately shipping may be an issue for the company. The order was delayed 4 days (could have been the carrier), which was concerning, and then when it did arrive 2 of the 4 containers were cracked, leaked all over with packaging soaking wet. Reached out to company immediately looking for a replacement and/or credit but 2 weeks later we have yet to receive a response. Sadly, we are disappointed.
